Description:

Girling & Co, based in Ruddington, South Nottinghamshire are looking to recruit a hardworking and ambitious administrator to join their busy accountancy practice based in Ruddington.

The daily duties are to include

• Telephone answering - dealing with calls, screening calls and transferring to appropriate person where necessary

• Typing of Letters - experience with Microsoft Word

• Dealing with emails both inward and outward

• Dealing with clients visiting offices

• Dealing with external post

• Dealing with faxes both incoming and outward

• Organising client appointments

• Photocopying and printing

• Scanning documents

• Shredding documents

• Creating and filing documents

• Booking of meeting room for conferences

• Order and maintaining stationery

• Maintaining customer management systems

 
Further information: The post holder will be able to demonstrate strong organisational and team working skills. They will have a good general knowledge of ICT packages and demonstrate a good level of spoken and written literacy.

The current National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.70 per hour. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship at the same employer, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.

Please note that anyone under the age of 18 will only work a maximum of 40 hours per week. Any role which exceeds these hours on advert will be amended accordingly to fall in line with the legislation
